I don't know if you're male or female or what your age is but I was having the same problem and my hairdresser suggested I put a package of birth control pills into my large bottle of shampoo and wash with it that way.

It seems to be working for me.

have you been stressed recently. you may need a break from rountine.

go on a holiday or visit friends. book a couple of days off work and relax.

see your doctor otherwise

Well there coulc be quite a few reasons:

A. Your SUPPOSED to lose at least 180 hairs a day, so don't worry too, much

B. It could just be a stage, try a different shampoo

C. you could have something seriously wrong.

I wouldn't worry too much, but if you are getting bald spots the size of quarters go see a professional RIGHT AWAY!!!

Drink more water and eat more vegetables...and hair falling out can be a sign of stress.....try to resolve whatever may have you feeling stressed. Also they make shampoos for thinning hair ..you might want to pick one up and try it for 30 days or so and see if it helps. Also a good multi vitamin might help. If it continues you might want to go see your family doctor for a checkup ..

Sleep in a hot oil treatment for thickness.and to help it grow try not to comb in it and dont put alot grease in it just enough!

I had the same prob - there's this amazing product I used although it's incredibly expensive! It's called Kerastase Aminexil and it's available at salons.

It's NOT CHEAP but I use it regularly and it's made a great difference.
