i need a quality shampoo AND conditioner designed specifically for combinitation hair. im 17 years old with fine/thin hair that tends to fall out somewhat when washing it and sleeping.

mine used to fall out when washing it, brushing it and sleeping, i now tresemme and it works really good my hair isn't dead fine and dioesn't break all of the time now so i would get tresemme shampoo and the conditioner

I know you asked for a shampoo and conditioner suggestion but I'm going to suggest a hair treatment. My hair was falling out as well and in terrible condition. This product gave me a new head of hair. It's Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. It comes in a little brown jar and is like a paste that turns to an oil when you rub it between your palms.
