Yeah, nut even if u have thick hair get it done proffesionally!!! It looks way better, and if u have thin hair get them done but with really thin dreads, they will look way better than thick ones cause they're will be more of them!!

Do you mean "thin hair" or "fine hair"?
If hair is both thin and fine it is more difficult to maintain well-ordered felting. It is possible, but it takes a lot more effort.
"Thin hair" = fewer strands total (i.e. balding but not bald)
"Fine hair" = individual strands are skinny, almost invisible
