how to tease hair:

mist an area of your hair with some hairspray.

take a comb or faux boar hair brush, life the piece of hair, and comb it really fast TOWARDS your scalp.

do this all over, or where ever you'd think it looks best.

mist hair again so it stays through the day.

the way you described your hair, it should look pretty nice.

but just try it, and see what it looks like and decide if you like it.

even if it doesnt look nice the first time, try again later.

the first attempt doesnt always turn out great. lol. but don't be discouraged.
